Anton & Maite Piano Duo

Antón & Maite have performed in major european venues such as the Palau de la Música Catalana, Stefaniensaal in Graz, Konzerthaus in Klagenfurt, Philharmonia in Krakow and the Auditorio de Zaragoza. In recent years they have made their debut at festivals as important as the Schubertíada de Vilabertrán and the Festival de Música y Danza de Granada.

As enthusiasts and specialists of the piano duo, after their training in this discipline in Spain with the Duo del Valle and in Austria with the prestigious Israeli duo Silver-Garburg, Antón & Maite aim to highlight the piano duo as one of the most versatile and complete formations of chamber music.

The high level of their performances, together with their personality and freshness on stage, has led them to perform in countries such as Spain, Germany, Italy, Poland, France, Austria and China and to win dozens of international awards. Their first CD “ESSENZ”, produced by the IBS Classical label, has received the Melómano de Oro and 5 stars from Ritmo Magazine. Critics have described it as “elegant and tasty”, “a CD that borders on perfection” and a “sensory experience”.
